These terms apply to purchases of digital products from PlumberPDF ("PlumberPDF", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase or using this site you agree to these terms.

The product
PlumberPDF sells downloadable digital files intended for internal business use by plumbing professionals. Product descriptions on the site form part of these terms.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Order and delivery
After confirmed payment you will receive secure access to the digital files. No physical item is shipped.
Consumer rights, refunds and cancellation
See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to submit a refund request via Paddle. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use and misuse
You must not:
- Use the site or files for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of PlumberPDF or any third party.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the site (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing access controls).
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post the files. Use of the digital files is governed by our License.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the site, the digital files and PlumberPDF branding is and remains owned by PlumberPDF. Purchase grants a limited license as described in the License; no other rights are transferred.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site and/or the digital files, and revoke the license granted, for: (a) material breach of these terms or the License; (b) non-payment or payment reversal; (c) suspected fraud or a security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you must stop using and delete the files.
Service level and warranties
The site and files are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
The materials are provided for professional guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. Technical delivery and download problems are handled by PlumberPDF at hello@plumberpdf.com; payment, billing, tax and refund matters are handled by Paddle via paddle.net.
