On payment, PlumberPDF, organization number 920844375, registered in Bergen 5017, Norway, trading as PlumberPDF ("Licensor"), grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files, subject to the following terms.
Permitted use
- Internal use within one plumbing business and its staff.
- Adapt message wording for internal customer communications.
- Print or fill the PDF fields digitally for internal operations.
Not permitted
- Resale, redistribution or sublicensing of the files, in whole or in part.
- Sharing the files with other businesses.
- Public upload to any website, forum, cloud folder or social platform accessible to third parties.
- Use in derivative products intended for sale.
Ownership
All intellectual property in the files remains with the Licensor, PlumberPDF (organization number 920844375).
Termination
This license terminates automatically on breach. On termination, the purchaser must stop using and delete the files.
